  AS CLEARLY STATED IN THEIR INITIAL EMAIL - "no cost for initial appraisal" - A month later I am told they're working on a good appraisal but holiday time etc... so would be another few weeks. A month later - I am asked for money! More than €100 and no action or appraisal to be heard of... Around three months now since I contacted them - Why wasn't this made clear before? I lost confidence and felt a lot of time wasted. Hard to get a transparent answer and did not like the attitude much of the solicitor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SOLICITOR
