  Claimed to deliver twice, never turned up. Apparently didn't know the address or telephone number despite both being clearly stated on Amazon website. Customer service useless. Had to spend time and petrol money travelling to next town to pick up. Stop using!

  worst courier company I've ever had to deal with!! I'm contacting each and every online supplier to make sure they are not using Seur before ordering anything online.

  Cannot recommend Seur as the seem incapable of making a delivery to my house. No phone call have to check for the package online and go and pick it up

  Claimed to deliver when I was at home waiting all day - all because they had a deadline from Amazon they couldn't meet and so they lie, telling Amazon I wasn't home so they don't have to admit to Amazon that they don't deliver.

  They claim to deliver but don't call your mobile or leave a note. Then they tell Amazon it's your fault so that they don't look bad to Amazon.
